Customer service was great, I really had a hard time deciding what to get for my daughter's wedding so I was cutting my time short but they accomadated me and got it here nine days earlier than expected. I would however suggest that if you get this dress, ask someone to measure the length for you. I will have to get mine altered, which is not a problem, but besides that is fits very nice. very satisfied.Beautiful layers. Appliques are stunning. Felt like a princess. I ordered a ten and had it altered to fit.I bought this dress to wear to my daughter's wedding and I love it!I had sent my measurements to them and it fits amazingly well!I am having a few minor alterations done to it so that the area above the breast and below the shoulders will lay a little flatter but I could have worn it without this and still looked really good.I am so glad I bought this dress as it will make the day perfect.It was exactly like I expected and it fits like a glove.Purchased this for my daughter for her reception dress. She loves it and the pockets are a bonus. Was delivered in just a few days. Very nice!I ordered this dress for a black tie wedding. I'm 5'8", 177 pounds and normally a size 12 or 14. I ordered this dress in a 14 - thank goodness! It's a little snug but I can pull it off with some spanx. The dress is beautiful. It has a substantial bodice, so much so that I may not have to wear a strapless bra. The base layer is satin, then there are two layers of tulle. Even with heels on, it's very long and I'm tall. The first layer of satin would have been the perfect length, so I trimmed off the first layer of tulle and hemmed the second layer. The top (above the breast) and sleeves are more shear than they appear in the pictures online (but very pretty). It's not cut too low in the back, meaning you can were a regular strapless bra (no need for a special low cut bra). I think it's a really good price for the quality of the dress.Love this dress, was afraid wouldn't fit, it's perfect.We thought it was going to be 3/4 sleeve from the picture and it was short sleeved but still loved it!
